- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all returns.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Restocking Fee
- All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount before the refund is processed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you.
